Mr. Adams
has been with the firm since 1966. His practice has been devoted
primarily to litigation and the trial of cases involving construction
contract disputes, directors' and officers' liability, antitrust,
lender liability, corporate finance and acquisitions, complex business
disputes, tax unrelated business income, personal injury, unfair
competition, legal malpractice defense and employee non-competition
disputes. |

Mr. Adams
is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been an instructor in trial technique seminars. Mr.
Adams also served as a member of the Board of Governors of the
Missouri Bar and as Chair of The Missouri Commission on Retirement,
Removal and Discipline of Judges. He was voted one of Kansas City's
most respected attorneys in both the 2002 and 2003 Business Journal
Best of the Bar.
Mr. Adams
received his undergraduate degree in business from the University of
Missouri, Columbia in 1952 and his law degree from the University of
Kansas in 1957, and is a member of the Missouri Bar.
