Business Section

Litigation Section
The firm's litigation attorneys have extensive
experience in handling litigation matters which vary greatly in type and
complexity. Slagle, Bernard & Gorman attorneys appear in all state and
federal trial and appellate courts in Missouri and Kansas and appear
specially in matters with local counsel in other states and federal
courts. The litigation practice includes business disputes and other
actions arising from commercial settings and the defense and prosecution
of personal injury and products liability cases and other tort actions.
