Mr. Fligg has been a member of the firm his entire legal career,
having begun his practice in 1957. His father, Kenneth I. Fligg, Sr.,
had been a partner of the firm before him. Mr. Fligg concentrates his
practice in two primary areas, real estate and estate and business
planning. He practices extensively in estate and business tax and
personal planning, utilizing Wills, Living and Charitable Trusts,
Family Limited Partnerships, Private Foundations and other entities to
achieve his clients’ tax and financial goals. He also has broad
experience in the development, construction, sale, exchange, leasing
and financing of residential, multi-family and commercial real estate,
representing business and individual clients, as well as financial
institutions. |
