Attorney Vincent L. Gualtier, Slagle, Bernard & Gorman

Mr. Gualtier has been a member of the firm for his entire legal career which began in 1984. His practice has been in the business, tax and real estate areas, with emphasis on tax planning, tax controversy and entity formation, maintenance and disposition. Mr. Gualtier has participated in several complex mergers and other business combinations, as well as numerous corporate, tax, tax litigation and business matters. In the course of his responsibilities he has been extensively involved in negotiations, contract and document preparation and the formation, merger and dissolution of various entities, as well as acquisitions and dispositions by stock and asset sales.

These transactions have included the purchases and sales of businesses and various real properties. A primary emphasis throughout his practice has been in the area of tax law.

Mr. Gualtier received his undergraduate degree from The University of Kansas in 1981 and his law degree from The University of Kansas School of Law in 1984. He was voted one of Kansas City's most respected attorneys in The Business Journal 2003 Best of the Bar. He is a member of the Missouri Bar.
