Mr. Hoffman
has been with the firm for his entire legal career which began in
1986. He is primarily engaged in general business litigation. He
represents premium insurance finance lenders in a variety of matters
including cancellation issues, relationships between agents and
insurance companies, insurance coverage questions and fraud. His real
estate work includes representation of neighborhood homeowners
associations in Kansas and Missouri, mechanics lien litigation,
representation of brokers and landlord-tenant disputes. He also
handles insurance defense matters including professional malpractice
claims. |

Mr. Hoffman received
both his undergraduate degree and his law degree from the University
of Kansas. He is a former City Commissioner and Mayor of Garden City,
Kansas and currently serves on the Lenexa, Kansas Planning Commission.
He is currently enrolled in CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty
Underwriters) course work. He is a member of the Missouri and Kansas
