Since the beginning of his legal career in 1976, Jim has focused on a variety of legal areas including real estate, estate planning and non-profit law. His estate planning work includes creation and funding of trusts, preparation of wills and estate plans, titling of assets, estate liquidity issues, powers of attorney and health care directives and related estate planning considerations.

He is involved in negotiating and preparing real estate sales contracts and leases, financing documentation, deeds, closing statements, closing transactions and post-closing follow-up duties. He also conducts non-judicial foreclosure sales and prepares and files mechanic’s liens in several states.

With over 43 years of industry experience, Jim has formed deep, influential connections within the legal field.
