Experience

Kenneth began his legal career in 1957 and has practiced for the same law firm ever since. He comes from an impressive line of attorneys, as is father before him, Kenneth I. Fligg, Sr., was a partner of the law firm. In 2003, he was voted one of Kansas City’s most respected attorneys in The Business Journal Best of the Bar.

Kenneth practices extensively in estate and business tax and personal planning, utilizing wills, living and charitable trusts, family limited partnerships, private foundations and other entities to achieve his clients’ tax and financial goals. He also has broad experience in the development, construction, sale, exchange, leasing and financing of residential, multi-family and commercial real estate, representing business and individual clients, as well as financial institutions.
