Mr. Wagstaff has been with the firm since 1995, having previously been
a partner with Perry, Hamill and Fillmore, LLC in Overland Park,
Kansas. Mr. Wagstaff’s practice is primarily in the area of family
law, handling uncontested and complex divorce proceedings and child
support, custody/visitation, and paternity actions in Kansas and
Missouri. His practice also includes assisting clients with the
preparation of pre/post marital agreements and estate planning.
Mr. Wagstaff has experience representing claimants
and employers in the
handling of worker’s compensation claims and he has represented the
Kansas Worker’s Compensation Fund for the past 15 years. He has also
represented business clients in various civil litigation matters. |
